Prices are per night and include all standard services.
Minimum stay 2 nights.

Pets are allowed. No supplement required (kindly inform us if they come along with you).
The prices of long-term stays will be agreed from time to time.

Italian holidays and pre-holidays are to be considered as high season.

Tourist tax from € 1 to € 2 / person depending on the season (not included).

All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit of 30% of the total booking. The balance will be paid at check-in.

Payments accepted

Cancellations

You can cancel your reservation at any time. You will receive a full refund up to 7 days before arrival. If the cancellation occurs within 7 days from check-in, the deposit will be retained.

Policy

Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time as there is no concierge service and the property is family-run. Failure to provide notice may result in long waits for which claims or refund requests are not accepted.
We are available to arrange a different time of arrival and/or departure, or, if the room is not ready we can meet for luggage deposit.

The customers are invited to provide a valid identification document (Passport or Identity Card) necessary for the registrations required by current legislation. The data of our guests are treated in accordance with the current privacy legislation.
